Designed By Us™ is home to the Design Corps. The Design Corps is a global network of students, apprentices, distinguished professionals and fellows working towards committed to hardwiring gender and ethnic minority parity into the future of work by 2030. We are doing this by creating, building, designing and producing solutions that address complex ecological, economic, and social challenges across the globe.
The Design Corps takes an ecosystem approach to orchestrating organizations to work together in order to address the lack of representation in S.T.E.A.M.D. Our ecosystem involves K–12 schools, higher-education institutions, companies, nonprofits, government agencies, and venture capitalists. Working together we establish Public-private partnerships that help design inclusive environments like public works programs and productions that educate people from the time they start their education to the day they finish their careers.

THE STATE OF WORK
World Economic Forum Research on the global labor market segregation along gender lines has revealed that professional segregation of men and women into differentiated sectors contributes not only to lower innovation levels in professions which lack gender and ethnic minority diversity, but also that this professional divergence has a compounding effect on gender pay gaps. Monitoring gender and minority parity in the professions of the future provides a critical opportunity to guide the emerging labor market to more equitable outcomes in the future of work.
THE STATE OF S.T.E.A.M.D.
While many gender parity, inclusion and diversity efforts have focused on the supply side of future-skills for girls and women, there has been few demand side efforts to create incentives for women, girls and ethnic minorities to enroll S.T.E.A.M.D. programs or to connect pathways for women, girls and allies to be hired into the highest-growth roles of the future — particularly those applying S.T.E.A.M.D. skills.
Amist The Great Reset, while labor markets are under going a period of intense structural change, we believe there is a unique opportunity to embed gender parity into the future of work by balancing efforts between the demand side of growing jobs and the supply side of people with future-ready STEAMD skills.

1.0 COLLABORATIVE ECONOMIC GROWTH
Collaborative growth in the 4th Industrial Revolution economy begins with the adoption and acceleration of an economy that is restorative and regenerative by design. Partnered with corporations and the public sector the Design Corps produces public works that restore and regenerate paths to social mobility in the 21st Century.
2.0 EDUCATION, SKILLS & WORK: ACTION LEARNING
Action Learning is learning by doing. Design Corps Members pledge to learn to design solutions to real problems in real time. Design Corps members gain S.T.E.A.M.D. super powers to simultaneously solve difficult ecological, economic and social challenges while developing skills with a bias for collective action, frugality and an unrelenting desire to deliver results.
3.0 EQUITY & INCLUSION.
Work with the World Economic Forum Global Future Council we are committed to hardwiring gender and ethnic minority parity in to the future of work by connecting demand for high-growth S.T.E.A.M.D. careers to the supply of talent in Action Learning public works programs and productions.
